TreHeader2Why do we use two different systems?

At the moment, we are using two different online systems because E-biz is the best way to manage Girl Scout membership so that each member is linked to membership history and to troop and/or service unit. Ultracamp is the best way to manage activity registration, including the opportunity for girls to use cookie credits to sign up for activities. We are always looking for ways to continue to make things easier for our volunteers and members!


What is the difference?
For E-Biz
For Ultracamp
Troops Troop Leaders can see troop rosters and print membership cards for troop members; re-register returning troop members; and sign up for adult activities and trainings. Troop Leaders can register troop members for girl activities.
Families Parents can register new or returning family members in Girl Scouts and sign up for adult activities and trainings. Parents can register girls for girl activities. Cookie credits are posted to your family account in Ultracamp.
Log Ins You will have ONE login. Troop Leaders can log in and view your troop manager and your family manager using the same username and password. There are separate logins for family accounts and troop accounts.
Payments Payments can be made by credit/debit card. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, e-check, or cookie credits.

E-Biz is the online membership management system that records Girl Scout membership and adult training registrations.If your last login to the online system was before August 13, 2013, you’ll need to create a new online account. Click “New Online Account,” enter your name and contact info, and submit. PLEASE USE THE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED TO GSKH IN THE PAST, EITHER AS A MEMBER, OR AS A PARENT/GUARDIAN (if applicable).• If the system finds you in the database you will see the following message: “Congratulations! We found you in the online system. Please go to your email and follow the instructions to activate your online account.” If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@uapps.net, and follow the instructions to activate your account.• If you receive the following message: “We have found you in the system, but in order to continue please contact us.” please follow the instructions and contact the council. This message generally appears when there is no email address on record or if there is a potential but unconfirmed match.• If the system does not find you in the database you will be prompted to provide additional information to create your profile.Once you are logged in, if you are both a Family Manager and a Troop Manager, you can select Troop Manager from the green tool bar at the top to display troop options.

A current Girl Scout Membership and appointment as a troop leader (01) are required to be able to access Troop Manager. If you are an 01 on more than one troop, you will be able to select each troop to manage.

Ultracamp is the online activity registration system for girl activities.To access a troop account, enter your troop username and password. If you are logging in for the first time and do not know your troop username and password, call or email your regional office. The information will be emailed to the appointed Troop Leader (01). Once you’ve logged in for the first time, you can change the password to something you will remember.

To access a family account, enter your family username and password. If you are logging in for the first time and do not know your username and password, call or email your regional office. The information will be emailed to the primary contact for the family.

If you have forgotten your login information, click on “Forgot your login information?” Enter the email address associated with your UltraCamp Account, and check that email for directions to reset your login information.

Note: if you are a troop leader using both a troop account and a family account, you may have more than one account linked to an email address. For this reason, you may find it helpful to set up a separate email account for your troop, such as troop88888@gmail.com.

If you can’t use the online registration system… If you can’t use the online registration because of internet access, needing to pay by cash, use financial assistance, or any other reason, you can find paper registration forms online or at your regional office.
