The Program Manager is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of Girl Scout program resources that address the needs and interests of Girl Scout members and attract nonmembers to the organization. The Manager will work with staff and volunteers to ensure the programming is diversified, contemporary, and relevant to the needs and interests of all girls throughout the Council. This position is located in western Kansas; physical home location of applicant is flexible within this geographic area.

Position Summary: Responsible for developing, organizing and managing community collaborations and partnership programs with the goal of increasing opportunities for girls' participation in under-realized markets. Ensuring delivery methods are based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, offered in a short-term flexible format, and implemented to meet designated leadership program outcomes. Guides the utilization of national curricula; and supports volunteers in enriching and tailoring the leadership experience based on girl's interests and needs. This individual oversees all program components to include managing associated budget, quality specifications, volunteer involvement and delivery in support of short-term opportunities. Measures and assesses outcomes, marketing strategies, and collaborative working relationships with internal colleagues and external constituencies.
