Phillipsburg troop collected pajamas of all sizes this spring for
two foster care agencies. They put up collection boxes at all three
USD 325 school buildings, as well as ALCO and Dollar General, and
invited the local middle and elementary schools to participate in
a PJ day to raise awareness for their cause.

Chapman and Herington Juniors went to the state capitol in
Topeka on October 6. Working on the Inside Government patch,
they actually got to go behind the scenes into the Senate as well
as the House of Representatives.
C-Arrow Stables provided a petting zoo at theWichita Festival of

On January 6, Chapman Cadette Troop 20157 held their Silver
Award Pinning Ceremony. Encouraged by Juliette Low’s struggle
with breast cancer, they formed a walk to bring awareness to
their community. The girls who earned this award are Riley Davis,
Kyndall Freeman, Sierra John, KaylaWilson, and MaryWinkel.
Plainville area hosted Spooktacular daycamp on October 20.
There were games, crafts, and a costume contest ending the day
with a camp fire, songs and, of course, s’mores. In all, 26 girls from
Hill City, Plainville, and Stockton attended.
