SHEPLERS: LEADING THE
WAY IN COOKIE SHARES
In 2012, Shelplers Inc. bought 17 boxes to serve at organizational staff meetings as well as
secured 100 Cookie Shares intended to be sent to troops overseas. These shares were
distributed among staff members’ daughters who are Girl Scouts.
Nikki Beyrle, Sheplers Human Resource Manager, helped by giving a video testimony about
why they feel, as an organization, that it is important to support their community and how
backing Girl Scouts is a win-win. She and the Product Sales team at Girl Scouts of Kansas
Heartland challenge other like-minded organizations to follow their lead.
See this and other videos on the Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland website.
Just search “Cookie Share”.
