The following positions comprise our Regional Teams at each of our offices:
Regional Manager: This candidate will oversee the regional responsibilities by maintaining and expanding the membership base. They will work with the fund development team while managing staff and meeting regional goals. This position will require traveling and flexible schedule and will report and communicate directly to the executive management team. In addition the regional manager will ensure that the pursuit of grant and funding opportunities align with the strategic plans and objectives set forth by the council.
Customer Service Representative: Will be responsible for but not limited to supporting the membership services group by performing a variety of administrative and clerical support. Will be required to manage inventory and prepare reports on statistical data and other data while assisting the regional staff.
Member Recruiter: Will be responsible for screening, assessing and placing volunteers and girl members in the appropriate path. Candidate chosen will oversee the recruiting strategies that will help meet regional recruitment goals. This candidate will need to be comfortable in presenting and networking throughout the community and must be flexible in work schedule that would require weekend and after hour events.
Volunteer Services Representative: This individual will be accountable for integrating management strategies related to the volunteer service’s needs throughout the region. They will ensure appropriate training and onboarding processes are in place and being followed. In addition this position will require continued education to further job knowledge and to help create strategies that will promote opportunities, recognition and retention that will build and sustain a pluralistic and high quality volunteer group that supports the mission and the council’s strategic goals.
Youth Leadership and Community Development Representative: This individual will be accountable for the integration of all support and delivery services throughout the region for all programs. The candidate chosen will be required to utilize and promote the Girl Scout Leadership experience and that all programs incorporate the discover-connect-take action leadership modality. This position will heavily involve collaboration with funders and will cultivate new relationships throughout the communities within the region. This position requires flexibility work schedules and will be required to travel throughout the region.
Product Sales: This position manages the product sales program throughout the region. Will be responsible for maintaining materials and inventory, establishes work procedures and processes that support the council and regional standards and adheres to the safety and risk management guidelines. During off peak seasons this candidate will be cross trained to assist in volunteer and recruitment needs in addition to handling delegations from the management team.
