Cookie Credits Expire Dec. 15, 2013


So you have cookie Credits on your family account. What are your options?

Spend them on:

  • Council activities.Get started! Flip through the 2013-2014 GPS (Girl Pathway Source) to pick out the events to spend your Cookie Credits. Choose any published event now through Spring 2014 as long as you register by Dec. 15, 2013.
  • Purchases in the council shop. If you can’t make it into a shop, you can also place a phone order by calling your local Girl Scout office. All locations have special Saturday hours on Dec. 14, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Note: Cookie Credits may not be redeemed through the e-commerce site.  Girl Scouts of the USA does not recognize individual Girl Scout Council’s cookie credits.
  • Future travel. Cookie Credits of Girl Scouts in fourth grade and older at the time of the 2013 Cookie Sale will have their credits automatically “banked” for future use if they are not used by Dec. 15 and will be available for travel only.

How? You can use them to pay for registrations on your family account. Cookie credits can also be transferred to Troop accounts for troop-reserved council events or to council shops by completing the Cookie Credit Transfer Form.

When? Remember, Cookie Credits will expire on Dec. 15, 2013, so please make sure to use credits before then! Click here for more details about Cookie Credits.
