Wichita Robo Troop Takes Mindstorms by Storm for Fourth Year

The Wichita Robo Troop has monthly meetings at the Wichita Council Offices focusing on robots, engineering, and technology, as well as Girl Scout values like friendship, teamwork, and leadership. In January, February, and March of every year, they work with Lego NXT kits in preparation for the WSU Shocker Mindstorms competition.

On Saturday, March 9, they faced off with some fierce competition coming out on top with two awards. Check out this team picture after the awards ceremony with their two trophies, 1st place in Spirit & Sportsmanship and 2nd Place Overall in Intermediate.
