Check out this Christmas tree decorated with S.W.A.P.S. by Girl Scouts Each year, the city of Stockton does a parade of Christmas tree’s in their library, and as Stockton does not currently have Girl Scout troops, girls travel to Plainville to participate. This year, they wanted to share the Girl Scout experience and invite others to join them.
The girls enjoyed learning about and making these SWAPS. (Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere). They made, sleeping bags, marshmallows ready to roast, cookie boxes, dutch ovens, vests for each age group, foam cards with Juliette Low facts, and bandanna’s to name a few.
